Check out the SUPER simple recipe below and don’t forget to SHARE the love!
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops protein powder {Totally optional, there is still 12g in two eggs!}
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 tsp poppyseeds
- 2 tbsp flour of choice {if you are using coconut flour use about a third of this as its dense and dry…it will dry out your pancake like CRAZY!}
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients until smooth
- Spray pan and pour out pancake batter
- Cook on medium/low heat and flip once pancakes begin bubbling
- Serve hot with {optional} grass-fed butter and pure maple syrup…ENJOY!
I love to use Agave necter as a treat or plain organic honey smeared on top. Just watch your portions because you can very easily consume three or more servings since the pancakes soak it up! *I am definitely guilty of this one!*
